During the meeting, the Vanke DTD team showcased the group’s educational vision, institutional scale, and talent development framework. Key initiatives highlighted included the “Career Acceleration Programme” (征途计划) for staff career progression through cross-campus mobility and the “Mid-level Leadership Training Programme” (启航计划), which facilitates global pedagogical exchanges via overseas shadowing projects.
The UoM China Centre team introduced the university’s Educational Leadership in Practice Master’s programme, and other tailored solutions for leadership development challenges in global education sectors. Discussion then followed in exploring opportunities in resource sharing, multi-dimensional partnerships, and localised training frameworks.
This visit deepened UoM China Centre’s understanding of the local bilingual education landscape while strengthening industry partnerships through alumni networks. Moving forward, the Centre will continue leveraging global resources, creating cross-sector dialogue platforms for the community, and enabling partners to unlock new international opportunities.
