But, there’s something more effective than resilience. It’s called Mental Fitness.

Mental Fitness is a proactive, rather than reactive, approach to managing life’s adversity.

Ms Sherry Fu

Sherry is the Founding Director of University of Manchester China Centre & MD of UoM Worldwide Ltd China. She is vice chair of the education focus group of the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai, and Executive Council Member of Shanghai Overseas Returned Scholars Association (SORSA). She was appointed as an envoy to the City of Manchester in 2013 in London.
